Hey everyone!

There are only SEVEN days left until the 2011 CROSSFIT GAMES!!!

Because the games are only a hop, skip and a jump away I wanted to share yet another moving/inspiring crossfit video created by the gentlemen over at SICFIT.

I am beyond excited to witness these incredible athletes in action.  It’s going to be EPIC!!!

For those who don’t know, I absolutely adore Nicole Richie!

She is super cute, stylish and witty.  She is an excellent business woman and an amazing mother.  I love reading her blog, following her Twitter, etc.

Hey all,

Wanted to tell you all about a super cute sweatshirt I purchased at the mall the other day.  A little boutique store was having a sale and a sweatshirt in the window caught my eye.

The sweatshirt has a big pic of a Bald Eagle on it, with “USA” written underneath.  I couldn’t help but think that it would be absolutely perfect to wear to the Crossfit Games at the end of July… 15 days to be exact… I’m pumped if you can’t tell.  :)

Some other things I’ll for sure be sporting to the CF Games include my SICFIT wristband and of course my SICFIT “Games Bound” tee.
